Terms of Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your hero.
- Be decent: no harassment, hate, threats, cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, or selling game items for real money.
- Gold, items and Crowns are part of the game. They have no real-world value, and you license them rather than own them.
- Crown purchases are final, except where the law says otherwise.
- We can warn, mute, kick or ban heroes who break these rules.
- The game is provided as it is, and it may change, go down, or end.

1.Agreeing to these terms
Wanderers of Saorise (the "Game") is run by Broken Enigma Studios LLC ("we", "us"), and was created by Wyeth Hall. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and us. By creating a hero, logging in, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create a hero or use the Game.
2.Who can play
- You must be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If we learn that one has, we will delete it.
- If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may only play with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. This includes any purchases.
- You may not play if we have banned you before, or if the law where you live forbids it.
3.Your account
- Your hero's name and password are your account. Choose a password you don't use anywhere else, and never share it. We will never ask for your password, in game, in mail, or anywhere else.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- Hero names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading (for example, pretending to be a game owner or staff member), or infringe someone else's rights. We may rename or remove heroes whose names break this rule.
- Accounts are personal. You may not sell, trade, give away or buy accounts.
4.Rules of conduct
When you play, you agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or abuse other players, or encourage others to do so;
- post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or illegal content, or content that sexualises minors in any way;
- share anyone's personal information (including your own, if you are a minor), or try to get other players' passwords or personal details;
- spam chat or mail, advertise, or post links to scams, malware or phishing;
- impersonate the game owners, staff, or other players;
- cheat: use bots, macros, scripts, modified clients, or any automation, or deliberately exploit bugs or glitches. If you find a bug, please report it to us;
- interfere with the Game or its servers: hacking, flooding, denial-of-service attacks, or trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- buy, sell, or trade gold, items, Crowns or heroes for real money or anything outside the Game;
- break any law while using the Game.
5.Chat, mail and clans
- Chat, clan chat, letters, clan names, flags and mottos are things you create, and you are responsible for them. Follow the rules above in all of them.
- Game mail is stored on our server so it can be delivered. It is not private or encrypted the way personal email may be: do not send passwords, payment details, or anything sensitive. The game owners may review chat and mail to investigate reports and enforce these terms.
- You can block any player in the mail window or with /block Name. Blocked players can't send you letters, and their chat is hidden from you.
- By posting anything in the Game, you give us permission to store it, show it to the players it was meant for, and remove it.
6.Virtual items, gold and Crowns
- Gold, items, gear, cosmetics, titles, awards, levels and Crowns ("virtual items") exist only inside the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property.
- We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the virtual items on your account while you play, in line with these terms.
- We may change, rebalance, rename, or remove virtual items as the Game develops. This includes their prices, stats and drop rates.
- Virtual items may be lost if your account is banned or deleted, if the Game ends, or in rare cases through bugs or server failures. We will try to restore genuine losses caused by our mistakes, but cannot promise to.
7.Purchases and payments
- You can buy Crowns (the Game's premium currency) with real money. Payments are handled by our payment provider (PayPal). Your card or bank details never reach our server.
- Crowns are delivered to your account after the payment is confirmed. Prices are shown before you pay.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, including when an account is banned for breaking these terms, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. If a purchase does not arrive, contact us and we will put it right.
- Charging back or reversing a payment may result in the purchased Crowns being removed and the account suspended.
- If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission before buying anything.
8.Enforcement
If you break these terms, or we reasonably believe you have, we may (with or without warning) remove content, rename your hero, mute you, remove you from the Game, take away virtual items gained unfairly, suspend your account, or ban you permanently. We decide what is fair in each case. If you believe we made a mistake, contact us.
9.Your information
- To run the Game we store: your hero name, a securely scrambled ("hashed") copy of your password (never the password itself), your hero's progress and items, your clan membership, chat and mail, your purchase records, and the date you agreed to these terms.
- Our server may also log technical information such as IP addresses to keep the Game secure and running.
- We do not sell your information. We only share it with our payment provider (for purchases), or when the law requires it.
- The Game does not ask for your real name, email address, or home address. Please don't share them in game.
- You can ask us to delete your hero and the information tied to it by contacting us.
10.Our content
Wanderers of Saorise is © 2001–2026 Broken Enigma Studios LLC. All rights reserved. The Game, including its code, art, monsters, music, sounds, story, world, characters, names and text, was created by Wyeth Hall and belongs to Broken Enigma Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may play it and share screenshots and videos of your play. You may not copy, sell, modify, decompile, or redistribute the Game or its parts, or run your own copy for others, without our written permission.
11.Changes to the Game
The Game is a living world. We may add, change, or remove features, areas, monsters, items, classes, events and rules at any time. We may take the Game offline for updates or maintenance, and we may end the Game entirely. If we plan to shut the Game down for good, we will try to give notice in game.
12.No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free service, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Game will always be available, free of bugs, or that your progress will never be lost.
13.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, virtual items, or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or US $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability. Where that is so, these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
14.Ending your account
You may stop playing at any time, and you can ask us to delete your hero. We may suspend or end your account under section 8, or if the Game ends. Sections 6, 7, 10, 12, 13 and 16 continue to apply after your account ends.
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the version date at the top. You will be asked to read and agree to the new terms the next time you log in, before you can keep playing. If you don't agree, you may stop using the Game.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the Game is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
17.Contact
Questions, reports, refund or deletion requests: contact Broken Enigma Studios LLC at sales@hallsbrokenenigma.com. Please include your hero's name. You can also send a letter in game to one of the game owners.
